Response Deadline: 5/14/2025 10:00 AM (CT) The Scope of Work for this project is for the cleaning and repainting of the exterior surface of the water tower located at 1355 North Street. (Tower 7) Tower 7 is a 1,000,000-gallon composite tank built in 2012 by Chicago bridge & Iron. The following specifications shall be adhered to and made a part of the Bid for the project. o Tower shall be power washed with a 15% bleach solution at 3500 psi. o Tower shall be repainted with Tnemec series 700 hydroFlon fluoropolymer polyurethane at 2.0-3.0 mils light gray o Two logos, represented below, shall be added. The placement of the logos will be determine by city staff. o All work shall be completed no later than Oct 1, 2025. Tower 7 is located behind a secure fence The Response Deadline is the date and time public unsealing of bid responses will be held. Public unsealing of bid responses will take place at: City of Nixa Purchasing 715 W. Mt. Vernon St. Nixa, MO 65714
