(1)Interior Painting Services Scope of Work This project involves the preparation, priming, and painting of approximately 5,000 square feet of interior wall surfaces at Fire Station 2. The scope includes: 1. Surface preparation, including patching, repair of drywall imperfections, sanding, and cleaning 2. Priming of all surfaces as required 3. Application of finish paint as specified below 4. Protection of adjacent surfaces and cleanup 5. Removal of all debris and materials upon completion 2) Privacy Fence Replacement. Scope of Work This project involves the removal of the existing wooden fence and the installation of a new composite privacy fence at Station 2, totaling approximately 225 feet in length. The scope includes: 1. Complete removal and disposal of existing fence, posts, and related materials 2. Installation of new composite fence as per architectural drawings 3.
