Darcy, Tazewell County Finance Director / Assistant County Administrator at bids@tazewell-il.gov Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements Award Requirements - All or None Award SCOPE OF WORK AND SPECIFICATIONS Tazewell County is seeking bid proposals to replace all eight (8) existing roof top HVAC units. The bids shall be for furnishing and installation of new Carrier, or equivalent replacement, ranging from 2.5 – 8.5 -ton 410A package unit. Replacement of the units shall require replacing all current disconnects with new non-fusible disconnects. Contractor bids shall require verification of all unit sizes. Awarded contractors will be responsible for coordinating with all subcontractors prior to the installation of the units. Hail guard protection shall be required. The proposal shall include incorporating new thermostats and remote thermostats as necessary in assuring balanced temperatures in all areas. Some existing thermostats may need relocation to assure consistent temperatures controls. The equipment shall be delivered and installed at the Tazewell County Health Department located at 1800 Broadway Ave, Pekin, Illinois. Bids for this work shall include all work, labor, materials, equipment, logistics, warranties, and permits associated with this replacement, to include any state and local permit requirements.
