Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Fill existing detention pond. Remove existing 36" headwalls and install 102 L.F. of proposed 36" Class III RCP and seal with reinforced collars. Replace topsoil and broadcast seed. The improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor who is prequalified by the City of Fort Worth at the time of bid opening. The procedures for qualification and pre-qualification are outlined in the Section 00 21 13 - INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. Any contract awarded under this INVITATION TO BIDDERS are expected to be funded by revenues generated from Private Funding by Presidio Village HOA to the work under this INVITATION TO BIDDERS.
