**As of June 13, 2025, the project was awarded to MASCI General Constructors, Inc., with an awarded amount of $1,627,617.90 .** The City of Titusville intends to contract with a licensed contractor(s) to perform road reconstruction utilizing Full Depth Reclamation (FDR), milling and asphalt paving improvements on previously paved roads within Titusville in order to extend the life and enhance the ride quality, surface integrity, and sustainability. Additional work include drainage and curb improvements. The awarded Contractor(s) shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and incidentals including mobilization, and maintenance of traffic (M.O.T.), necessary to perform all proposed work. The Contractor shall also be responsible for renting a hydrant meter to support milling operations from the City. All contractors and their subcontractors shall be FDOT prequalified in the work classes of drainage, flexible paving, grading, and hot plant–mixed bituminous courses.
