Reference Number 0000292096 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/17 04:00:00 PM CDT Manitoba Housing requires a Service Agreements for the supply of goods/services to perform annual inspection of residential heat recovery ventilators (HRV) inspection and service. The work covers the inspection, cleaning, testing and servicing of existing residential HRV in Thompson, MB and respond to service calls as required. The inspection work would include the establishment of the current condition of the overall system, provide detailed information for remedial programs necessary to repair, upgrade and improve the HRV and central exhaust system. The Service Agreement shall be for a period of two (2) years with an anticipated commencement date of June 01, 2025. Manitoba Housing reserves the right to extend this Agreement for two (2) optional two (2) year extensions. Manitoba Housing reserves the right to reject a subcontractor deemed unacceptable prior to award of a contract or any time during the Agreement.
