Reference Number 0000294775 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/06/13 12:00:00 PM CDT Mowing of grade slopes and ditches along various Provincial Trunk Highways and Provincial Roads in the Ponton, Wabowden, Jenpeg, Norway House, and Thompson areas. Within three (3) Working Days of notification, the successful Contractor shall submit a Performance Deposit in the amount of NO LESS THAN FIVE PERCENT (5%) OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT BID to the Department's Office in THOMPSON. Failure to do so will invalidate the bid. The Deposit shall be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Draft, or Money Order made payable to the Minister of Finance. The Work must be completed by no later than AUGUST 20, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. MOWING - The Contractor shall not commence earlier than JULY 23, 2025, and be completed by AUGUST 20, 2025.
