Scope: The City of Deerfield Beach, Parks and Recreation is requesting sealed responses from qualified contractors to provide all permits, permit fees, engineering, drawings, permitting labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, travel, insurances, licenses, and incidentals for the Sullivan Park Splash Pad Upgrade to the UV Filtration System, located at 1700 Riverview Road, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441, in accordance with all terms, conditions, and specifications contained in the Quick Quote herein. The City will NOT HOLD a Pre-Bid Conference. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure all pages are included in the submission. All Bidders are advised to closely examine the solicitation package. It is highly recommended that Bidder visit site to provide physical inspection and quote price. Any permit fees should be included in the line items. Cost should be staggered within. Question Deadline 05/02/2025 at 5:00 PM ET The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through electronically. The City will respond to all questions via electronically. The City of Deerfield Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City of Deerfield Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
