Question Cut Off Date: 12/05/2025 05:00:00 PM (ET) The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through online portal Bid Notes Scope of Services: The City of Deerfield Beach is soliciting sealed responses from qualified firms for Residential Environmental Services for Federal and State Funded Housing and Community Service Programs with multiple firms for Residential Environmental Services firms to determine the extent of environmental contaminants in residential homes and to prepare appropriate remediation plans for each project. Services include inspection for lead, asbestos, mold, and other environmental contaminants. The city will accept proposals from licensed professionals with required expertise to provide services requested, including but not limited to, mold inspection, lead inspectors, asbestos inspectors and other environmental specialists as outline in the RFP. for the Community Services Department in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of services for the above-mentioned Request for Proposals (RFP). Licensing Requirements: The Proposer or Subcontractor of Proposer or key personnel of Proposer to perform the work must possess a valid State of Florida License for Mold Assessment, Asbestos Consulting, and other like licenses related to the scope of work, certifications and/or accreditations to perform the work. Refer to the RFP Package, Section VI, Scope of Work for additional information. The City of Deerfield Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City of Deerfield Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
