Renovation of a stadium in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
In accordance with the project scope and specifications in the contract, the Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to complete this scope of work. Pricesto include all taxes and costs, including (but not limited to): supplies, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, delivery, loading/unloading, truck charges, mileage, travel time, per diem, fuel, fuel surcharges, energy surcharges, hazardous material handling fees, environmental impact fees, and waste disposal fees. All work shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, all contract special provisions, and terms and conditions. Pressure washing, rust removal, and painting exterior surfaces of the home stands, press box, including all metal stairs, beams, fencing under the press box, concession building, including entrance sign, doors and frames, handrails, and columns. Construction Cost Range: $5,000 - $10,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
