Site work and paving for a civil project in Mackinac Island, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project includes but not limited to; protecting existing utilities, clearing, removal of existing retaining wall, removal of existing fence, removal of asphalt, adjusting structures, providing footing for new modular block retaining wall, constructing retaining wall, installing drainage, backfill, grading, placing asphalt, restoration and associated SESC measures as noted in the plans and indicated in the Contract Documents. Phase I will include all work necessary to reopen the road for the winter other than Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) paving, including supplemental gravel and grading as necessary to make the road satisfactory to the owner.
