To be considered, the company must comply with the restrictions and conditions set out in the call for tenders documents, including the following: - The company must not be registered with the Registre des entreprises non admissibles aux contrats publics (RENA) or, if it is registered, must have completed its period of ineligibility for public contracts; - The company must provide its certificate of compliance issued by the Commission des normes, de l'équité et de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST). - The company must provide a current francization certificate issued by the OQLF, or any other document appropriate to its situation.
