The company must comply with certain restrictions and conditions, including the following: - Must not be registered on the Registre des entreprises non admissibles aux contrats publics (RENA) or, if registered, must have completed its period of ineligibility for public contracts; - Provide a certificate of compliance issued by the Commission des normes, de l'equite et de la sante et de la securite du travail (CNESST). - The Company must provide, as applicable to its situation, the document prescribed in the Attestation of the Charter of the French Language, by the Office quebecois de la langue francaise (OQLF). For any information relating to this call for tenders, bidders must communicate only by e-mail to: info.appeldoffres@vsadm.ca , to the attention of : Victor Verrier, Procurement Coordinator. The services are to be provided during the winter period from 15 October to 30 April each year for 3 years, i.e. from October 2025 to April 2028.
