To be considered, the company must comply with the restrictions and conditions set out in the tender documents, including the following: a) The company must not be listed in the Register of Companies Ineligible for Public Contracts (RENA) or, if it is listed, must have completed its period of ineligibility for public contracts; c) The company must provide its certificate of compliance issued by the Commission des normes, de l'equite et de la sante et de la securite du travail (CNESST); d) The company must provide a valid francization certificate issued by the OQLF, or any other document appropriate to its situation. Bids may be submitted electronically on SEAO or in paper form, in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender documents.
