To be considered, the company must comply with the restrictions and conditions set out in the tender documents, including the following: a) The Company must not be listed in the Register of Companies Ineligible for Public Contracts (RENA) or, if it is listed, must have completed its period of ineligibility for public contracts; b) The company must provide its tax certificate issued by Revenu Québec. The contractor must also submit, before the start of the work, a list of its subcontractors, including the number and date of issue of their tax certificates; c) The company must provide its certificate of compliance issued by the Commission des normes, de l'équité et de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST). d) The company must provide a valid francization certificate issued by the OQLF, or any other document appropriate to its situation
