**As of June 24,2025 the project was awarded to RAW Land Construction LLC, with an awarded amount $1,388,275.06.** This Contract provides for the replacement of 1,450 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sewer pipe along Sams St, Circle Dr., and Blakeley St., accompanying manholes, approximately 720 linear feet of 6-inch PVC side sewer pipes, cleanouts, and miscellaneous construction to install the new sewer pipe. The project will install approximately 1,100 linear feet of 8-inch D.I. water main pipe and accompanying valves, meter boxes, hydrants, and other miscellaneous construction to install the new water main. Once the systems are completed, a complete 2-inch grind and over-lay of the entire work area will be performed as further shown, described, and indicated in the Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
