Site work and paving for a road / highway in Green Lane, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed bids for the application of: 34,000 Sq. Yards of Bituminous surface treatment, double application, and 1,000 Sq. Yards, single application #8 stone as per Pub 408. The successful bidder must provide a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond, Worker's Compensation Affidavit, and Certificate of Insurance naming Marlborough Township as additional insured. A payment bond is required. The municipality reserves the right to limit the work completed. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the date of the reading of the bids. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in part or in full, and to waive any informality during the bidding process. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
