Site work for a civil project in Taconite, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project Includes the Following Work: in General, Work Consists Of the Construction of One 50,000-gallon Steel Pedestal Spheroid or Hydro Cone Elevated Water Tower, Complete With Concrete Foundation, Water Main Piping, Painting, Electrical, Landscaping, and All Other Related items of Construction, All in Accordance With plans and Specifications. Project Contractors May Bid One or Two Different Styles of Elevated Tanks. The Project Has an Expected Duration of 300 Days. The Base Bid Will Be Dependent on the Site Work, and One of the Two styles of Elevated Tanks. Completion of Work: All Work Under the Contract Must Be Complete by October 31, 2025. Bid Security: a Proposal Bond in the Amount of Not Less Than 5 Percent of the Total Amount Bid, Drawn in Favor of the City Of Taconite Shall Accompany Each Bid. Instructions to Bidders: for All Further Requirements Regarding Bid Submittal, qualifications, Procedures, and Contract Award, Refer to the Instructions to Bidders that Are Included in the Bidding Documents. Owner's Rights Reserved: the Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Irregularities and Informalities Therein and to Award the Contract to Other Than the Lowest Bidder if, in Their Discretion, the Interest of the Owner Would Be Best Served Thereby.
