2025 MSA Pavement Overlay Improvements The work generally consists of milling and overlaying 3.22 miles of existing urban bituminous streets as well as reclamation and reconstruction of 0.29 miles of existing urban bituminous streets. Each bidder shall submit a bid bond made payable to the City of Ramsey in the amount of 5% of the total bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The online bid must be completed and submitted, all addenda acknowledged and acknowledgement uploaded to the site, and a copy of the bid bond uploaded to the site. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least 45 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. .
