This Pre-qualification announcement will be used to award three separate professional/technical contracts. MnDOT anticipates that selected responders (up to three) will be awarded one contract per firm. The LOI's will be used as a basis to award the remaining contracts for the projects below. It will be MnDOT's decision how to divide these projects among the successful responders. Project C is SP 0202-124, a standalone signing renewal project along TH 10 between TH 101 in Elk River to Traprock St NW in Ramsey. This project is tied to SP 0202-119, a multidiscipline project on TH 10 between Cleveland/Jarvis and 0.5 mi west of Ramsey Blvd, and this area will be excluded from SP 0202-124. The project has a letting date of February 24, 2027 Project Goal The goal of these projects is to replace signs, markers, delineators, and extruded panel overlays to achieve MnDOT life cycle requirements for sign replacement within the standards and guidelines of the current editions of the Minnesota Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MN MUTCD) and MnDOT Traffic Engineering Manual. Signs impacted due to geometric changes within the project will also be replaced as necessary. Overhead sign structures will also be replaced due to impact or age.
