Site work and paving for a civil project in Ramsey, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Furnishing all labor, material, machinery and tools necessary for City Improvement Project Section 01 Unplatted Street Reconstructions The work generally consists of reconstructing 1.44 miles of streets within the Section 01 Unplatted (S. CR 27) subdivision. The work is estimated to include: o 20,100 square yards of full-depth reclamation o 4,185 tons of bituminous pavement o 1,910 linear feet of curb & gutter o 4,600 cubic yards of soil corrections o 542 linear feet of storm sewer o Miscellaneous other improvements A contract is anticipated to be awarded on February 24, 2026, and that work may begin on or about May 1, 2026. All questions regarding the Plans and Contract Documents are to be submitted to the Engineering in writing Each bidder shall submit a bid bond made payable to the City of Ramsey in the amount of 5% of the total bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least 45 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City of Ramsey reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and
