The New Layout Will Include Multiple Medical Labs, Classrooms, Offices, and Study/lounge Spaces. The Exterior Modifications Will Include a New Metal Roof & Elevator Addition on the South Stair Tower, New Storefront Windows, New Sidewalks, a New Electrical Generator, a New Entry Patio, a New Walkway Cover Between Buildings a & D, and an Enclosed Connector Between Buildings a & B. The Project Will Also Include the Conversion of an Existing Suite in Building B to Serve as the Rad Tech Lab and Minor Drainage & Sidewalk Modifications in the Existing Courtyard. The Estimated Cost of the Project is Approx. $7,490,000.
