Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Questions due by 5/6/2025 2:00 PM PST The City of Sacramento, Department of Public Works is soliciting bids to: Find a supplier for the procurement of a 300 kW Emergency Standby Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) for the Pannell Community Center Resiliency Project. This is for procurement only; installation will be bid separately. Factory Startup IS included as part of this bid. The City of Sacramento is in the process of designing an Emergency Standby Generator system for the Pannell Community Center as part of a federal grant for the Resiliency Project. The City is procuring the generator and ATS. Installation will be under separate solicitation and is not included as part of this bid. The City of Sacramento received a FEMA/Cal OES Grant to assist in the completion of this project and therefore there are additional guidelines that will be required as part of this process.
