Re-striping shall conform to current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) codes and requirements Locations The work will be performed for the parking lot and driveways encompassing the entire CDFA Meadowview campus located at the following addresses: 1. 3290 Meadowview Road, Sacramento, CA 95832 (Center for Analytical Chemistry, Building A) 2. 3292 Meadowview Road, Sacramento, CA 95832 (Center for Analytical Chemistry, Building B) 3. 3288 Meadowview Road, Sacramento, CA 95832 (Warehouse, Building C) 4. 3288 Meadowview Road, Sacramento, CA 95832 (Greenhouse, Trailers, Building D) 5. 3294 Meadowview Road, Sacramento, CA 95832 (Plant Lab, Building E) This IFB has participation goals for the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Program of three (3%) percent of the total bid cost. Bidders must meet the DVBE requirements in order to be considered a responsive bidder and be considered for contract award. Failure to meet the three (3%) percent minimum will result in your bid being rejected. A copy of the DGS DVBE Certification letter must be included with your bid. PAYMENT BOND When the contractual amount exceeds $25,000, Contractor shall provide a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the total amount of the Agreement within 15 calendar days of notification of award of Agreement. Failure to submit said bond shall constitute a breach of contract. Right to Terminate The State reserves the right to terminate this agreement subject to 30 days written notice to the Contractor. Contractor may submit a written request to terminate this agreement only if the State should substantially fail to perform its responsibilities as provided herein. However, the agreement can be immediately terminated for cause.
