The City of Surprise seeks a qualified design team to provide professional design and post-design services for a new Fire Station 310 (FS310). This project will involve the design and construction administration of a standalone fire station located on city-owned property at Deer Valley & 185th Ave. The design of FS310 will include standard fire station amenities and a specialized, larger classroom with a roll-up door to accommodate a fire truck for driver/operator training.
