Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Overland Park, Kansas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 14,654-square-foot fitness / recreation center; for the renovation of a 13,430-square-foot fitness / recreation center; for the demolition of a fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Furnishing all new materials and labor for Blue Valley Recreation Activity Center (151st St) Addition & Renovations. The project consists of renovation of 13,430 SF and the addition of 14,654 SF. The work includes, but is not limited to the following, all per the drawings and specifications: Demolition of existing structures, addition to and renovation of the existing building, re-grading, sitework and expansion of paving/parking areas as well as new storm shelter. This work will need to be phased to allow for continuous use and full operations of the facility for the duration of the project. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or a bid bond payable to the Blue Valley Recreation Commission, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid which may be retained by the Blue Valley Recreation Commission until a Contract for the project shall have been awarded and executed with the successful Bidder. Blue Valley Recreation Commission (BVRC) reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and waive any informalities or irregularities as it determines to be in the best interest of Blue Valley Recreation Commission (BVRC).
