Scope of Services to demolish the structures at 7524 West 74th Street, Overland Park, Kansas 66204 shall include all labor, equipment and material to complete the following: 1. Demolish and remove structures in accordance with all City, State and Federal regulations as shown on the attached site plan and identified in red. a. Abatement analysis completed b. Obtain all applicable/necessary City/State permits c. Provide secure perimeter site fencing d. Provide and coordinate all building utility disconnects (WaterOne, Evergy, Kansas Gas, JCW Sewer) e. Demolition of pool house, contents, slab and all footings. f. Removal of pool shell, pool footings, abandoned slide tower footings and pool deck g. Removal of pool equipment and associated piping h. Removal of identified sidewalks, handrails, steps, and ramps (Identified in Exhibit B) i. Removal of SW building driveway (identified in Exhibit B) j. Removal of select trees and shrubs (Identified in Exhibit B) k. Provide hauling services for debris from demolition area to an approved disposal site l. Provide acceptable soil for backfilling. Backfill site to match existing grade m. Seed site with a fescue blend seed. Install seed mat or straw to aid in seed germination 2. Secure all necessary permits with City and State officials, including demolition permit, SWPP, erosion control, haul permit and State notification. 3. During demolition, maintain the existing turf to City standards. 4. Demolish structures in a safe and orderly manner to limit damage to surrounding surfaces that are to be saved. Removal of any site trees will require approval. 5. Dispose all debris in a State recognized landfill (proof provided) and include cost of dump/disposal fee in the contract price. 6.
