As of July 11, 2025, the project was awarded to Emery Sapp & Sons, with an awarded amount of $340,672.50. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS AND SUBSTITUTION REQUESTS Date: Monday, June 2, 2025 Time: 5:00pm (local time) The project is the addition of a Right Turn Lane at the corner of 137th Street and Antioch Road. The improvements include demolition, concrete paving, concrete sidewalk, concrete curbs, grading, storm sewer, and fencing. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or a bid bond payable to the Blue Valley Recreation Commission, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid which may be retained by the Blue Valley Recreation Commission until a Contract for the project shall have been awarded and executed with the successful Bidder. The Contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsible Bidder, but the Blue Valley Recreation Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in bids, or to take bids under advisement.
