This Request for Standing Offer (the "RSO") issued by the Province of Nova Scotia (the "Province") on behalf of the Department of Public Works ("PW") is an invitation to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Standing Offer for Supply and Delivery of Steel Guardrail System Components and Hardware and EAGRTSs Materials and Hardware, Province Wide as further described in the RSO Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). This RSO is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual.
