Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Thorold, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The intent of this Tender is to obtain offers to perform all works to construct the entire scope of work referred to as "Thorold Secondary Upgrades" (the Project") for District School Board of Niagara (the "Owner"), located at 50 Ormond Street, Thorold, ON. (the "Site") and as described in the drawings in the Tender Documents for a stipulated sum remuneration, in accordance with the contract documents. The Work is for extensive upgrades including but not limited to; - New asphalt and sidewalks - New landscaping and plantings - Re-roofing and flashings - New mechanical and plumbing systems - New sprinkler system - Elevator upgrades - New lighting and controls - New ceilings and flooring - Demolition and new partitions - Masonry work and repairs - New interior and exterior doors and hardware - Programming relocation including new commercial kitchen all in accordance with the Contract Documents. Start date: June 30, 2025 Owner only provides plans and specs to their prequalified contractors. Interested sub trades, manufacturers and suppliers should contact the prequalified contractors.
