Bid for various types of material crushed by tons for the calendar year 2025 Rusk County Highway Department needs materials to be crushed at: SCOTT PIT -located north on Highway 27: Screened Sand - 30,000 Tons September 30th, 2025 - Completion Date Option to wash screened sand - 20,000 Tons September 30th, 2025 - Completion Date Additionally, approximately 30,000 tons of material will be processed into the following items: 3/4 Gravel - 30,000 Tons - September 30th, 2025 - Completion Date Option to buy washed sand - 7,500 Tons - Price Good Until May 31st, 2026 Option to buy 3/8 minus chips - 5,000 Tons - Price Good Until December 31st, 2025 NOTE: Material to remain on pit floor. Forms to be used are located at the Rusk County Highway Department office. Certificates of insurance and signed agreement will be required for the successful bidder A Performance Bond will be required. Rusk County Reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
