Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Pigeon Creek Dam project. Major items of bid include earthwork, removal and replacement of corrugated metal pipe outlet structure, riprap, erosion control, and site restoration. The contract letting is subject to the relevant Wisconsin statutes governing public works, contracts, and bids. Bidders must secure their bids as provided in the Information for Bidders and may not withdraw their bids within 60 days after the opening. Woman Business Enterprises, Minority Business Enterprises, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals. The project is partially funded by the WI DNR Municipal Dam Grant Program.
