Bid for HOT MIX ASPHALT purchase by tons for the calendar year 2026. Approximately 25,000 Tons. LRIP funding shall be utilized for Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) purchase for the following projects: Rusk County LRIP Projects: CTH P starting at Kostka Rd towards CTH E (Termini). (Rusk County) CTH P starting at CTH G (Break) towards Kostka Rd. (Rusk County) Asphalt availability expected Mid-July 2026 for LRIP Projects. Seasonal price per ton for additional projects completed or managed by Rusk County is also requested. Forms to be used are located at the Rusk County Highway Department office. Certificates of insurance and signed agreement will be required for the successful bidder. A bid and Performance Bond will be required. Bids shall be addressed to Rusk County Highway Department in a sealed envelope with bidder's name and project title of 2025 LRIP Project on envelope. Rusk County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
