Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ladysmith, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

In general, the project consists of pulverizing and repaving W 5th St N from Garfield Ave W to Summit Ave, including spot replacements of curb and gutter; approximately 4000 lineal feet of sanitary sewer mainlining and manhole rehabilitation from USH 8 to Summit Ave; and full-depth roadway reconstruction from Summit Ave to North Ave. A single prime bid will be received for the work.
