Renovation of a detention facility in Brewton, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Summary of Work a. Remove & replace existing roof to lightweight concrete deck, with 1/2" gypsum board and 2ply cold process mod bit. b. Raise HVAC units for new counterflashing. d. Install new metal counterflashings, copings, scuppers, pitch pans, bonnets, and plumbing boots. e. Follow manufacturer's details as required for warranty. f. Masonry; 1. Seal all wall penetrations and window/louver sealants. 2. Perform masonry repairs around numerous scuppers Labor and Incidental Materials for Roof Replacement to the Escambia County Jail for the Escambia County Commission. All Times to Be Determined Solely by the Clock on the Wall of the Administrators Office. For All Purposes and Uses Herein, a Bid and All Required Paperwork is "received" at the Time and Date Indicated on the Administration Office File Stamp Which Shall Be Impressed on the Face of All Such Documents When and as Presented at the Administration Office. Contractors Will Not Be Allowed to Submit a Bid for This Project if They or a Representative of Their Company Does Not Attend the Pre-bid Conference.
