The intent of this Request for Quotation is to contract for the purchase and installation of HVAC system as per the specifications, terms, conditions identified within the RFQ. Q&A Deadline May 9, 2025 3:00 PM (PDT) copy of the Bid Guarantee (Check, Cashier Check, Certified Check, or Bidder's Bond) must be submitted with bid documents via online. Please mail the original bonds/check only to Amy Carter, Senior Buyer, City of Santa Rosa, Purchasing Department, 635 First Street, 2nd Floor, Santa Rosa, CA 95404. The City of Santa Rosa is seeking qualified contractors to install a new HVAC system for the server room located within a City-owned facility. This project requires the installation of two ductless split system units to ensure redundancy in cooling. The server room is approximately 200 square feet in size. The exterior condensers will be mounted on an existing concrete ledge of the building structure.
