Foothill Transit is issuing this Request for Qualifications seeking submittals from qualified firms or individuals to provide preliminary architectural and engineering services for the Cal Poly Pomona Mobility Hub Project ("Project"). Services for the Project includes: (1) preparation of preliminary architectural and engineering design documents, (2) development of appropriate architectural design services to support environmental clearance documents, and (3) performance of related preliminary engineering work. A detailed Scope of Work is included in Part III of this RFQ. This RFQ is procuring architectural and preliminary engineering services for phase one of the Project. The project delivery method for phase two of the Project will be design-build construction. Prospective Offerors should be aware that organizational conflict of interest requirements preclude the Offeror selected from this RFQ from providing services in the next phase of the Project.
