We do not want to flip that panel from facing the Dental Lab (as existing) to facing the corridor. Leave that panel in its existing location and orientation. Your reduced Base Bid should include: 1. Leaving the existing light fixtures and ceiling grid. 2. Leave electrical panel DP in its existing location 3. A better understanding of the structure and clearances under the floor and above the Ground Floor ceilings.
