Site work for a mixed-use development in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a theater / auditorium; and water / sewer project.
This project has a participation goal of 10% for certified Targeted Small Businesses as specified in the Project Requirements. TSB goal: 10% Substantial completion: 91 days (Approximately September 4, 2025) This project will make corrections to certain sanitary drains currently tied-in to the storm sewer system. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, permanently sealing or rerouting drains from an electrical room, two mechanical rooms, and one air handling unit. Questions regarding the scope of work should be directed to the Design Professional. Final Completion: 151 Days (Approximately November 3, 2025) Bids will be received for a single General Construction Contract. Iowa Construction Sales Tax Exemption Certificates will be provided on this project. All bidders must return the complete set of Bidding Documents to the above address within fifteen (15) days after opening of bids.
