Qualified vendors will provide small-to-mid-sized contractor projects and maintenance services under a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with a three (3) year contract term and options for two (2) one-year renewal covering multiple service categories. Selected contractors will provide on-call and scheduled maintenance and repair services for two building locations: 1801 and 1901 Fox Dr., Champaign, Illinois. This Request for Proposal (RFP) serves as a reissue of the original RFP# 40-25-04 Building Services. Its primary purpose is to obtain additional proposals for specific service categories where sufficient vendor coverage was not received. Contractors may submit responses for more than one service category in their proposal. These categories include: Electrical Roofing Glass Responder Questions Due:May 1, 2025, 4:30pm Response to Questions:May 8, 2025, 4:30pm Evaluation and Interviews:May 19, 2025 to May 21, 2025 Selection Committee:May 22, 2025 Anticipated Project Start:July 1, 2025
