Mills Park is approximately 4.45 acres (195,000 sq.ft) centrally located in the City of Carson. The park is surrounded by single family dwellings. The project scope involves but not limited to, expanding the building by approx. 1,400 sq.ft., to provide more office space, public restrooms and additional internal storage. (Façade Improvements. Interior Improvements including flooring, kitchen renovations, restroom modifications, office expansion), walkway enhancements and the project will also remove the old wading pool to be replaced with a splash pad water feature.
