Question Deadline 05/07/2025 at 5:00 PM PT The Work consists generally of furnishing and installing floor covering products, removing existing floor covering, and performing carpet repair and related work. All work will be performed on an as-needed basis at various County facilities for specific projects throughout Nevada County, CA. The County anticipates awarding one or more contracts for this work (whichever is in the best interest of the County.) This contract will be awarded for an initial one-year period and will be renewable on a year-toyear basis at the County's option (up to four additional one-year terms.) The County estimates the Maximum Annual Contract Value under the anticipated contract will be an amount not to exceed $250,000.00 The successful bidder(s) shall possess a valid C-15 Flooring and Floor Covering Contractor License issued by the California Contractors State License Board. Upon receipt of a Notice to Proceed for a Job Order, the successful bidder shall furnish a faithful performance bond and a payment bond on the forms set forth in the Contract Documents in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Job Order price for any Job Order exceeding $25,000
