Request for Qualifications for Oakley Fire Station 9 New Construction (Construction Manager at Risk) Description of Work: The City seeks qualified statements of qualifications for pre-construction design coordination, construction feasibility, estimating and value engineering; and construction phase CM at risk services for the Oakley Fire Station 9 New Construction project located at 711 Fairview Road, Asheville. A new 12-13,000 sf LEED-certified fire station will be constructed at 711 Fairview Road. The project includes the demolition of an existing police substation and the construction of a new 2-1/2 bay, LEED certified fire station. Deadline to Submit Questions Thursday, December 11, 2025, 5:00pm: All questions concerning this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) should be submitted via email to: Nicole George, Project Manager ngeorge@ashevillenc.gov The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications.
