Site work for a water / sewer project in Greenville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to construct and install the work required in its entirety as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein. B. The Contractor shall perform the work complete, in place, and ready for continuous service, and shall include repairs, testing, permits, clean-up, replacements and restoration required as a result of damages caused during this construction. C. All materials, equipment, skills, tools and labor which are reasonable and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the work in a substantial manner and in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications or drawing shall be furnished and installed by the Contractor without additional compensation, whether specifically indicated in the contract documents or not. D. The Contractor shall comply with all municipal, county, state, federal, and other codes which are applicable to the proposed construction work. E. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to make temporary repairs to Metropolitan Sewer Subdistrict damaged sewer infrastructure, as shown on the drawings and specified herein. Bidder will provide, furnish, and install all equipment, labor, and materials required to complete this project. Project contains necessary temporary repairs for five (5) aerial sewer crossings due to damage caused by Helene.
