Reference Number 0000292222 The Work of this Contract designated Subway Public Washroom Cleaning consists of the planned and unplanned cleanings of the public washrooms during Service and Non-Operating Hours. The Work will be carried out seven days a week, 365 days a year. (366 days in a leap year). Work includes specific cleanings at 90-minute intervals (for both male and female public washrooms) and cleaning of tiled and terrazzo floors, walls, doors, ceilings and stalls, cleaning and maintaining fixtures, toilets, dispensers, waste units and reporting burnt out lighting. The term of the Contract shall be for an initial period of up to five (5) years, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional one-year periods.
