Reference Number 0000292213 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/16 03:00:00 PM EDT York intends to have a complete outsourced program for Automated Banking Machine ("ABM") services that includes equipment, install/set-up and management. As such, the objective of this RFP is to award each of the available spaces to Proponents to provide, install, maintain and operate ABMs, based on which Proponent(s) offer(s) the best service and return to the University. Proponents shall provide as part of their Proposal a specific timetable and work plan including proposed timelines for completion of specific tasks, progress reporting and identification of any York staff participation requirements. York expects the contract to start as soon as Aug 1, 2025 but no later than September 1, 2025. Duration of Agreement: The initial term of the Agreement shall be for six (6) years, with two (2) optional two (2) year extensions. York reserves the right to reject any Proposal that fails to identify addenda issued against this Bid Document.
