License Requirements Valid Class "A" Contractor's License issued by the State of California. Bid Valid 64 Days from Bid Opening Date Liquidated Damages $1,000 per day for each calendar day. Project Duration 140 Working days from Notice to Proceed Date The scope of work includes but is not limited to; pavement rehabilitation on Peach Avenue from State Route 180 to 50' south of the San Joaquin Valley Railroad tracks centerline, just south of McKinley Avenue. Reconstruction of curb ramps, sidewalks and installation of signing and striping (including Class IV protected bike lanes). Installation of a new traffic signal at Peach Avenue and Lamona Avenue, including rehabilitation of the existing FAX bus stop north of Lamona Avenue. Traffic signal upgrade to pedestrian scramble at Peach Avenue and Clay Avenue. Upgrade existing pedestrian heads, pedestrian push buttons and video detection.
