Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and municipal facility.

This project is to install a new fire rated door and alter 3 other doorways within the US Trustees office space in order to reconfigure it for use in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated 4/28/2025. From this solicitation the Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the installation of new doors, removal of old doors, and subsequent wall patching and painting in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) in order to reconfigure the US Trustees office space at the Federal Building and Courthouse at 2500 Tulare St., Fresno, CA 93721. There will be a visit that is scheduled for May 13th, 2025 at 10:00am PDT. SUBMISSION OF S/ RFIs: s be submitted by May 15th, 2025. Submit all s to the Contracting Officer and Project Manager via email. The estimated price range for the Project is between 25,000 and 100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
