Renovation of a municipal facility in Shoshone, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,300-square-foot municipal facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: The removal of the existing ballasted, approximately 2.500 sq. ft. and none ballasted approximately 6,800 sq. ft., single-ply roof membrane down the existing roof deck. New 6" of rigid insulation shall be installed on the entire roof. New 80 mil single-ply roof membrane to be installed over the entire roof including new metal coping, flashings and terminations. Question Deadline 05/12/2025 Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days before bids are due unless provided otherwise via an addendum Project also includes replacing existing storefront window systems with new storefront systems. Replacement of windows includes patching and repairing finishes damaged during removal of the existing windows. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. Electronic documents may be obtained at no cost from the Architect. Printed documents may be purchased. for a non-refundable fee of $300 per set. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this Work.
