In general, the project consists of traffic signal controller and control cabinet replacements at six (6) intersections throughout the Village of Ashwaubenon. The improvements include but are not limited to traffic signal controller and cabinet removals and replacements and necessary traffic control during construction. Question Deadline 05/08/2025 Requests for such interpretation shall be made to Ayres in writing. Requests received less than 7 days prior to the Bid Deadline may not be answered. A single prime bid will be received for the work. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the Bid Deadline. Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. A proof of responsibility (prequalification) form, available with the bid documents for this contract must be filed at the Village of Ashwaubenon Public Works Department not later than May 9, 2025, and shall show sufficient ability, equipment, and experience to properly perform the contract. The Village of Ashwaubenon's decision as to qualifications shall be final. Prequalifications may be emailed in PDF format to Brian Rickert, PE at brickert@ashwaubenon.gov. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
